Returns
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

With original tags attached

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@bngl.eu within 14 days of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
No Monetary Refunds
Please note that monetary refunds are not offered.
After your return is received and approved, you will receive:

A store credit (tegoedbon), or

The option to exchange the item for another product
Store credit can be used for a future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@bngl.eu so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the original item must first be returned and approved.
Once approved, a new order can be placed using your store credit.
